At Wray Castle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once we inspect the items.
